The review is a little overdue but worked with Steven for my 2021 Tucson Ultimate in November. Made an appointment with him the day before and he was there on time. Had all of the selections I was interested in and gave informative details. The negotiation took longer than we wanted, however, he did his absolute best to get the price we wanted and I appreciate him for that. Nice staff but showroom seemd very old and Hyundai showroom had no people working there. Otherwise it was good experience. The engine light came on on 400 miles which was hard to believe. But Bales fixed it quickly.

I love my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. It handles good and has so much room. The price was better than the Prius and had so much more room in the back for our grandkids. The trunk was much better designed than the 2015! It is large and flat. I wish the seats laid down in the back! I contacted this dealership because of a bad experience with three other Hyundai dealerships. The first dealership manager undervalued my trade after understanding that I knew what is was worth both wholesale and retail and then would not tell me the offer himself so I could discuss it with him. I was greeted quickly and provided a good sales rep who listened to what I needed. He showed me an Accent which met my needs and price range, but when I realized it didn't have cruise control he offered to show me an Elantra, but also warned me that it was slightly above my price range. It ended up being the perfect care.

They could've tried to sell me a car that I kind of wanted that was closer, but they didn't.
